Responsibilities:

The Code Enforcement Office enforces the applicable building codes for new construction or modifications to constructed buildings. Building Permits are issued from the Code Enforcement Office. When required, the Code Enforcement Officer also interprets the Town’s Zoning Law, and reports to the Zoning Board of Appeals on variance applications.
